We have two adjacent apartments in the heart of the medieval village of Mougins on the hilltop above Cannes.  Mougins is 25 minutes drive from Nice airport. The apartments are encompassed in a typical 18th century village house, about 75m from the main square, with a quiet courtyard, stunning views across Cannes to the ocean, and the village grocery on the doorstep to pick up the breakfast croissants and pain au chocolat! The village is filled with art galleries, antique shops and innumerable restaurants within a 5 minute stroll.

It is only 20 minutes by car or bus into Cannes for Beaches, shops, yacht and motor boat rental and nightlife.  There are three great golf courses within 10 minutes and several more within 45 minutes.  For walking the Mercator National Park is in easy reach as well as the Verdon Gorges, France's grand canyon.  In the winter, local "lower" skiing is 45 minutes when snow is good & high skiing 90 minutes.

The coastal railway from Cannes in either direction is excellent, to Golfe Juan, Antibes, Nice, Monaco (40 mins), and St Tropez etc to the West.
