Flat 1

Flat 2

The front door of  flat 2 is adjacent to  flat 1' s, on the same terrace sitting above the courtyard. Ground floor is a general living room, small dining table, fridge and kitchen corner with 2 electric hotplates. Quirkie stairs go up to a small double bedroom overlooking a village lane, with a small adjacent bathroom with basin, shower and toilet.  Steep steps then go further up to a large top room with 2 single beds and a sitting area.  This is the old "Pidgeonerie"  with views across the village rooftops to the village church tower, stunningly lit at night, and in the other direction to the ocean through a full door size opening window with protective railing.  If you lose anyone they have escaped up there with a bottle and have found inner peace!! The church bell considerately only rings from 8am-10pm! Full set of crockery, utensils etc are also available, + basic TV, DVD and Freeview channels.

Terrace and Courtyard

The small terrace outside the front doors has a light, and small outdoor table and 4 chairs, ideal for sitting or eating outside.  The main courtyard can also be used for this and is shared with a 3rd flat belonging to us and rented to a french tenant.. There is a clothes washing machine in the large "cave" beneath the flats, also shared with the tenant.
